The place is nice, the staff is attentive, but the owner is a truly awful and incredibly arrogant person with his employees 🤬
Personally, I've been there several times and witnessed him yelling at the workers over trivial matters. I've also seen him in unfit condition 🥴🥴🥴 and on a couple of occasions, I saw him yelling horribly at his wife in front of the customers. I say this with complete certainty, because I know and am friends with several customers there (Americans), and believe me… even though they go to that place, their comments about the owner are not exactly positive. 🤷🏻♀️

Been to the island many times over the years. Our go to spot for good food, good drinks and entertainment is 100% Dicks Dive. If you come on a cruise or on a plane Dicks is a must stop kind of place. Take in the atmosphere of knowing you are in Cozumel and a really cool place. FYI … nightly entertainment with some amazing local artists. Dicks Dive does it right.

Had a quick brunch at Dicks. We felt the pricing was quite high for what was offered. A $30 burrito felt steep for the quality, and the chicken quesadilla was very simple — diced chicken with a small amount of cheese, served with tomato and guacamole on the side. There’s nothing wrong with that style of food, but at this price point it didn’t quite feel justified. Unfortunately, the coffee was terrible too. On a positive note, our waitress was lovely and very friendly, which we really appreciated.

Usually not my type of place (caters to gringo tourists), but for Superbowl I made an exception. Big TVs, friendly and attentive staff, and decent food. It was too bad the game was broadcast in Spanish including not picking up the US commercials. The good side was they were reserving seats with a deposit, unlike the other bars I checked out the previous day. Food and drinks were pricey, but that's to be expected on the touristy mall area. Overall, I would recommend for special sports events.

You’re not here for the food. It’s decent and the quantity is outrageous, but there are obviously better options.
You’re here for the amazing bartenders, strong drinks, and the ability to catch NFL football and European soccer. It has its own lane and it does things very well.

Great vibe with band and very kind staff. Good place to enjoy your night time. And there is a place to smoke. I did nou order food so couldn't evaluate.

Awesome service and incredible food! Diego suggested the chicken fajitas and they were off the chain! Listen to Diego, he knows what’s best! My son ordered the shrimp tacos and his buddy ordered a burger, both ate them so fast i can only assume they were just as good as the fajitas! So glad we stopped in while visiting Cozumel. We will definitely be back😊

What a great place to sip on cocktails and enjoy chips and ceviche. Pleasant atmosphere, away from all the main tourist traps. Has been awhile since we were on the island diving. Was nice to sit and relax. The fajitas were excellent as well.
